• Implementation of the service of individual lessons of a psychologist paid for by the state budget for children with a disability determined for the first time and their parents.
• Psychological research for children aged 6-16 years, preparation of an opinion for a pedagogical-medical commission.

Library of the Blind of Latvia( hereafter LNerB) is a direct administrative institution under the authority of the Ministry of Culture, which performs dual functions - public and special library. LNerB acts as a center for adapted literature, a cultural and educational place for people who are blind, visually impaired or have other reading difficulties, promoting their social integration in society.
The goal of LNerB's activity is to provide information and services to every library user.
