MedTrans is a specialized transport service provider that offers safe, comfortable and professional medical and sanitary transport for people with mobility impairments, disabilities, bedridden patients and people with special needs. Initially, MedTrans developed its operations as an individual entrepreneur IK Maksims Galkins, providing patient transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the territory of Latvia, as well as in Europe and the CIS countries. Services are provided with specially equipped vehicles for transporting bedridden patients and people in wheelchairs.

The company was created by the Crisis Center for Families and Children "PASPĀRNE" specialists, therefore, special bread therapy classes will be offered as an alternative for working with abused children and adults and people with special needs. Even in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, everyone has the opportunity to visit "RAMALA", have healthy meals and drink tea or coffee in a cozy atmosphere or get delicious sandwiches and salads to take away. Children from various Latvian municipalities aged 2 to 1 are placed in the Graši Children's Village. 4 children's residential houses have been built here. Children receive education at Cesvaine preschool "Brīnumzeme", Cesvaine Secondary School, Madona State Gymnasium, Liezēre, Dzelzava Septiņu Pakalni and Sveķi Primary Schools. The oldest young people study at vocational schools in Latvia and France or at one of the Latvian universities. Graši children also attend interest groups offered at the school, Cesvaine Music and Art School, and sports classes. Our institution was founded by the Latvian Catholic Church together with the French charity organization Cap Esperance. We believe it is important to introduce children to Christian values.
