MedTrans is a specialized transport service provider that offers safe, comfortable and professional medical and sanitary transport for people with mobility impairments, disabilities, bedridden patients and people with special needs. The company's core value is support and assistance to people who are unable to move freely in their daily lives or get to medical facilities on their own.

Initially, MedTrans developed its operations as an individual entrepreneur IK Maksims Galkins, providing patient transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the territory of Latvia, as well as in Europe and the CIS countries. Services are provided with specially equipped vehicles for transporting bedridden patients and people in wheelchairs.

MedTrans offers full-cycle patient transportation "no gultas līdz gultai", providing the client with pick-up and drop-off, assistance, accompaniment and, if necessary, the presence of a medical professional during the trip. The services are suitable for trips to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, educational institutions, government institutions, as well as cultural events and everyday needs.

"RAMALA" is a café-social enterprise that gives everyone the opportunity to experience the process of making bread and at the same time get to know themselves better, meditate and spend quality time with family, friends or colleagues. The company was created by the Crisis Center for Families and Children "PASPĀRNE" specialists, therefore, special bread therapy classes will be offered as an alternative for working with abused children and adults and people with special needs. Even in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, everyone has the opportunity to visit "RAMALA", have healthy meals and drink tea or coffee in a cozy atmosphere or get delicious sandwiches and salads to take away. Come in and enjoy!

Children from various Latvian municipalities aged 2 to 1 are placed in the Graši Children's Village. 4 children's residential houses have been built here. Children receive education at Cesvaine preschool "Brīnumzeme", Cesvaine Secondary School, Madona State Gymnasium, Liezēre, Dzelzava Septiņu Pakalni and Sveķi Primary Schools. The oldest young people study at vocational schools in Latvia and France or at one of the Latvian universities. Graši children also attend interest groups offered at the school, Cesvaine Music and Art School, and sports classes. Our institution was founded by the Latvian Catholic Church together with the French charity organization Cap Esperance. We believe it is important to introduce children to Christian values.

Minors can be admitted as companions. An adult is admitted for 30 days. The service can be extended up to 60 days if a criminal or administrative case has been initiated. This service is paid for by the state. There is an opportunity to receive other services - accommodation in a crisis situation, psychological services.
